Amazing Flora & Fauna:  Indulge in spotting a variety of migratory birds from different countries & continents. Some of the birds that you can spot here are Spoon bills, little cormorant, open-billed stork , White Ibis, shag, Little Egret river tern, painted stork , Darter, Peafowl, heron, great stone plover, Pond Heron, Wild Duck, Cattle Egret, the lesser whistling teal, Streak-throated Swallows, Indian cliff swallow and many more. A variety of mammals and reptiles like otter, macaque, flying fox, mongoose, palm civet can also be spotted here.

Wildlife Conservation:  Ranganathittu bird sanctuary is one of the few places in our country where wildlife conservation is being followed earnestly. The eco system of wild plant, animal species and their habitats here is being preserved for future generations to know what the past was like.

Mysore Palace:  Ambavilas Palace, otherwise known as the Mysore Palace, is a historical palace and a royal residence at Mysore. It is the official residence of the Wadiyar dynasty and the seat of the Kingdom of Mysore. Many antiques, some of them as old as 900 years, made of gold, silver, marble, ivory from around the world are on display here.
