  • Yes. We do receive part payments up to 30% of the package cost to confirm a booking and the remaining amount can to be made at least a fortnight before departure date.

  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on destination (country/city) where the package is booked for and also on the cancellation date. Please check with our customer support team for specific details.

  • Yes. We do have a reward scheme aimed at offering exclusive offers & benefits to customers for their continuous patronage & engagement with Ezi Holiday. Please contact our customer support team for specific details.

  • The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (local time) and check-out time is 12 noon. However some hotels allow a stay of 24 hrs from the check-in time. Please contact our customer support team for specific details on the chosen hotel.

  • Yes. All countries that you wish to visit require advance application for visas. This involves filing your application at the embassy or consulate of the country. Several documents are required to accompany your application. Also the respective consulates may call you for a personal interview, fingerprinting procedures or to furnish additional documentation in select cases. Ezi Holiday has a dedicated cell that provides assistance for visa and passport applications to its customers. However, grant of visa / passport is solely at the discretion of the Embassy / Govt.

    • Every booking made on Ezi Holiday is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
    • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
    • Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by signing in to your Ezi Holiday Account. 
    • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However Ezi Holiday cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher
    •  Ezi Holiday cancellation charges: Over and above the airline cancellation charges, Ezi Holiday will levy Rs 300 on Domestic & Rs 450 on International per passenger per segment for each cancellation
    • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained.
    • Ezi Holiday shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelledIf you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation.
    • Ezi Holiday  will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

    • It is mandatory to contact Ezi Holiday for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.eziholiday.com.
    • If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the     time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
    • If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request.
    • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Ezi Holiday by Email or Phone in order to initiate   the refunds process
    • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • No Show (Non-use of reservation) : In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking.
